Message: O.T. & We are side tracked by plastic bottles.

Well said TM. I am no environmentalist but consider myself practical, engineering educated now retired.
So another off topic rant, but we need understanding of ourselves and the north with it's problems.

We used glass bottles which for practical purposes did not pollute the environment ( can be 99.9%? recycled) and largely replaced them with plastic, WHY?
For convenience of manufacturers. Much same applies to plastic packaging.

And plastics are largely made of an irreplaceble resource, being crude oil. So we destroy oil and pollute at same time, double whammy.

And that idioticity is of the whole planet and not limited to southern Ontario. So much for our inteligent humanity.

Getting off the plastic bottles, they need proper water treatment but with the money they already receive they can not manage.
Sooo if miners contribute more cash to their budgets they suddenly will?

And you thought the Ring was a sure bet as an investment. ( Mea culpa, I did so not long ago now I wonder.)
