With all do respect, Alan Coutts himself said that they would go to the media if Ontario did not pick up the pace.

That to me speaks volumes as to the noose that the province has around Noront's neck and subsequently OURS. Now - we have not seen Noront go to the media, yet the SP rises on silent knowledge that Noront isn't going to be able to take advantage of this winter season. Head Scratcher?

FNs, Govs and Noront are all to blame in some fashion for where we are. However, FNs are responsible for just themselves, Gov for ALL its citizens and Noront for ALL its shareholders.

And so this places the most prescient blame on Noront since we are shareholders and their guidance has been completely misleading especially since they have information pertaining to how the government is conducting its negotiations. Don't get me wrong, they are all at fault but Noront is an easier target because of its duties to us as shareholders.

We have been misled and that is cause for a shareholder class action lawsuit. (period.)

Whether we include the Ontario government in a derivative action is still up in the air at the moment. However, we feel that it is better to have them separate.

Also, a word for Alan. He unfortunately is just the latest CEO victim of the real manipulator: Paul Parisotto and the hands that control him.
