4 Communities but only 3 are any where close to Notont East/West road.

Eabametoong is I believe over 100 km south of it. It fits more with KWG's version of east/west but then for that one Nibinamik is same distance away.

What I mean is Nibinamik and Eabametoong do not belong together if any version of road is proposaled. One of these two does not fit one or the other road version.

Could they be announcing funding for power lines?

I am confused as to what it could mean.
