Yes, as I understand a dirt road to the railway for Eabametoong and Marten Falls is the the way to go.
Neskantaga on the other hand have a much shorter path to the Noront road, so rail along KWG route does nothing for them.
Maybe in time things will see daylight. It just bugs the hell out of me about the requirements for patience and guessing.
