I was very suspicious on my very own, (no inside track for me re info ) that the hold back all along have been negotiations between natives and Ontario government and because of that permitting is on hold. My thanking you is because of Mr. Coutts's confiirmation of above and you providing that message.

My reasoning was that I could not fathom Noront's permits being not acceptable when the natives are on board. So what were the possibilities of not having been given out by now.

And Seahawks, we do not have any guarantee that things WILL happen by 2018. This project is already delayed by two years and we have no assurances from Ontario & natives that things will be done by the time that we guess at today. They are in the driver's seat and at their own pace.
