You are correct Only IF on the subject of chromite.
BUT at this time the Ring foremost is not about the chromite in spite of what the media say.

It is about the Noront development of it's nickel mine, about the E/W road to make it possible and probably Most of all, because of the influence on the local communities, it is about the road servicing the communities.

So none of these have anything to do with the Cliffs and KWG dispute and imho are not connected or more precisely should not be.

You are still forgetting that you are posting on a Noront forum and not KWG's.
