He is talking about the cromite and investing tons of money into the infrusrcture. So no matching the billion bucks for trains. Noront does not need a big investment from the government . When the FN get there road and Noront gets there permits were go to go.We dont need big bucks to start just little baby steps. But for KWG its not looking good.
