Council pleased with ONTC’s “Moving Forward Program”

North Bay City Council approved a motion to support the ONTC’s “Moving Forward Program.”
Councillor Mac Bain who sits on the Federation of Northern Ontario Municipalities Board says, Ontario Northland’s program will be unveiled next month at a conference in Sudbury.
He says he brought the motion forward to not only show they are pleased with this direction, but to thank those involved – including Michael Gravelle, the Minister of Northern Development and Mines.
Bain says there are some great opportunities for the ONTC including the Ring of Fire and building relationships with Metrolinx and the Ministry of Transportation in Ontario.
