You seem to give some power to 35 on basis of some technicals? What technical may I ask?

I'd say, 0.35 was a notable support zone in late September 2014 and the first support after the gap in early February. Also, the present value of 0,35 is precisely the point where the +DI/–DI indicators start forming a negative signal.
