No suggestions ...but I have to say that I believe that nickel will be the first thing out of the "ring" and chromite next...the optimum solution would be to establish a smelter at the railhead in Nakina that could have a dual purpose of combining both the metals and then ship ingots of stainless steel worldwide via Thunder Bay, which has deep port capabilities.
