Could you expand on why you changed your opinion.
I contend that things with respect to chromite are as they were. Chromite needs a railway which is not present, road is not good enough despite what Cliffs was saying. KWG also wanted access from underground through Noront's Eagle which also has to exist Before chromite can be excavated.

That meeting is most likely to discuss future cooperative partnership of a chromite resource but we have no cause to think that things have all of a sudden speeded up in time.
