I have an idea.
This is because there is a serious lack of infrastructures.
You put in a dollar and only get back 10 cents because no one of consequence has any vision of possible future.
So there is a depreciation of true value.
Apply same to our Noront.

Whether 30 or 50 cents pers share, consider same factor of 10 times or so applied to our present sp once infrastructures are announced, yes Announced, not to mention once in place.

Any one wonders where to place one's investment dollar today?
