The news was great but not fantastic. Fantastic would have required the missing link in the chain....infrastructure funding signed on the dotted line.

Until that time..... 1 acre or 1 million acres.... one's as useful as the other if there are no routes to get in and take it out efficiently.

A hike of 50% was a no brainer for a retracement. Only thing that would have kept the sp hiking was a value assigned to NOT that could be realized and that was far in excess of the present sp. That value is still in the mist without a road or rail.
