The problem is that they are still chromite focused and practically blind to Noront's nickel needs.

That means they fund nothing until the chromite issue is some how settled, assuming they are actually willing to fund.

Perhaps Noront, KWG and Probe could get together and speak with one voice to governments and local communities so that could be an impetus to moving forward on chromite.
