Thanks for that makes me feel better... But I am afraid the Matawa will file an injuction against the sale to the courts and still tie up the Noront purchase.

I am not a Lawyer ??? but could they actually try this??

The sale/purchase still has to be approved in the Quebec bankruptcy courts.

That will again slow the whole process down again.

Anyone with legal knowledge?
