Kind of important, and I'm sure the province is sticking to the treaty language. And I'm sure Matawa is trying to say that it's still there land.

That's the barrier. But if they've already concluded that no one wants to go to court - get down to negotiating the revenue sharing and be done with it already!

Also, I think FN are smarter than taking just the chromite, even if it is 50%. No deal. They should take royalties.
