Problem is that these shares issued can also be used to keep the sp down and then further shares issued at cheap prices will serve to further dilute and in the end NOT can be taken for a lot less than shareholders deserve

I was hoping to limit my posts today but I must respond to above statement. RCF can NOT

sell a single share ( An INSIDER) with out reporting in on SEDI. So unless you think that

they can sell shares not only occasionally but on continuing basis to hold prices and thus

break the law, your comment does NOT hold water at all.

If too many shares for your taste already, my advise: remove your bib and leave the table.
