And they could of had all they wished for IF THEY HAD just consulted in good faith themselves. Stretching out unreasonable demands is what will result in consultation being met and an adversarial condition being encountered. Beging a court is stating that the courts are accepted soooooo we will wait for the court to teach them who they are and what position they can achieve.
