The guys on KWG better brush up on their knowledge of CCAA rules and contract law. The courts can and will sell those assets. KWG's beef would be with CLF (Canada) and they essentialy don't exist. I doubt that the lawyers that put this deal would overlook the point that NOT would have clear title to what they bought.
