Looking at ways of putting together a deal that would make the ROF move forward. I'm assuming the vast majority of shareholders are looking for an eventual buyout. So ignoring the complexity for the moment would you be supportive of:
Establishing a company 'ROF Chromite' aka ROFC.
Invite the chromite players NOT, KWG, PRB, FNC JV to pool chromite assets on prorated ownership basis ( some formula by exploration dollars spent on chromite, contained chromite resources, access route expenditures, etc).
Grant X% options in ROFC to Matawa FN Co (aka MFNC) on a vesting schedule contingent upon support/achievement of milestones (EA, infrastructure $ commitment, infrastructure build, BFS, takeover, time, ROF umbrella economic benefit agreement, buyout trigger, etc )
Initially run on a management agreement by NOT with board representation proportionate to ownership, guaranteed minimum one board member appointed by each company.
Support FN negotiations with Prov/Feds on settlement (Gov't funded infrastructure, gov't revenue sharing etc)
Would you go for something like this?
