FN have shown their bluff. They realize that they do NOT own the resource. Why would you buy something that you say you own? The people of the area do need to be consulted but they themselves realize that that that is all that has to happen. The benifits agreement to satisfy the accomodation should include the benifit of access as part of the claim. CONSULTATION MUST OF BEEN PROVEN BY NOW. All the companies and people trying to take the resource will have to get with the program or be regulated into a minority or non-existant role. Get on the train even if you are in the caboose or on the roof or you risk being left at the station. The whistle has sounded. All we need is this case decision and all will be decided if we are the Engineer, the conductor, or just a passenger. I know we are at least on the train.
