As i understand both the advisors et all has recomended the new Noront bid, and recomends the judge to sanction it.' But of course he has to determine wether the objections has any merit and wether a better price can be obtained. The advisors and the monitor doesn't seem to think so. If in fact the Noront bid is superior he will most likely vote in favor of that - if he chooses not to, he has to have an idea that a better price can be achieved. But he has to be very sure that that is the case, as both the bids are Limited in time. It is all about the price.... Sapo123 - KWG is no where in this court battle. They just have to wait and see the outcome. They did not bid, propably because they can't finance a bid. Lap
