It appears as if the court hearings did not go their way. The North/south route FNs have nothing to offer. Noront/Franco have the finances arranged, the ability to develop, and the management to cultivate the ROF. I believe they also have the financially superior offer. What is unfair about that? This letter sounds like the ramblings of a sore loser.
