Suggest that if NOT offers to move the chromite mining commencement sooner than 5 yrs the FNs would be more than receptive. Perhaps NOT partners with KWG with KWG focusing on Chromite and the N/S slurry pipeline allowing NOT to proceed with the E/W nickel mine.

In any event, agreement by all parties to move forward still requires some entity(ies) with deep pockets committing to any proect, nickel or Chromite or both.

Time to put up and force the Libs and Feds to get on board or be perceived as lagards.
