Appeal unlikely unless they want to beat their head against a wall.
The sp is largely still in the dog house because most expect some contrary actions from a few native communities who feel left out and most of them are also trying to get some compensation for 'their' land and hence their in ground resources Before any ground is broken.
Our approvals are still held up for above reason and I wonder how long will the four communities take to produce their comments with regard to the East-West road 'study'. As long as it is held up we are unlikely to get anything from either government. This also applies imo to anything that is not connected with the road because the study may encompass all infrastructures.
So with all that still hanging over our heads the sp will sit near 50 cents for a while and I suspect if nothing comes out in a week or so sp may start a slide downward.
These are free comments from the peanut gallery. If any one wants more then better provide the beer and pretzels, lol.
