IMO this will move at the speed of sound IF and WHEN the private financing is announced

fahrenheight451..................IMO the private financing announcement will NOT precede

but instead follow all the other conditions. Those being the feds and province putting their

money were their mouths are and all parties coming to definite agreement with FNs.

I sincerely hope we are close to that happening.
