I really fail to see the importance of thoose KWG shares. They were just a part of Cliffs holdings and were sold along with all other chromite related holdings. If KWG was to cancel shares Frank could buy any other shares and cancel them. But the dilution came because they needed money, and it does not make sence that they have the money to buy back shares and cancel them. Frank just tried to avoid NOT the be a plus 10% holder, which would have a say and possiblily can blok take overs and so on....this only cements Noronts position as the leader in the Ring. Lap
