"Noront entered into an amended and restated loan agreement (the "Loan Agreement") with Franco-Nevada through which Franco-Nevada will loan US$25 million to Noront for a five-year period at a 7% interest rate with interest to be accrued and paid at the end of the loan term."

Loan with interest is due in in 5 years but it does not imply that Noront must be producing by then ( income from production). If not producing by that time they will have to find some means to repay the loan.
