It seems that Reverse Split of 1:10 would based on todays trade of 0.005 put

BMK at 5 cents post consolidation and would not allow for any kind of decline.

To be safe above " Respectful " level of five cents they will need RS of 1:15 or

1:20 since shares usually drift lower post Reverse Split.
