Questions to also consider:

1) What is our current relationship with FN ? Good / Bad ?

2) Depth of negotiations with the FN that are currently on the table ?

3) JV with KWG in the offing ?

4) Why do we not have our permits and EA in hand ?

5) Who is taking over for Paul Semple ?

6) Is there any degree of progress behind the scenes that you can speak of that is the direct result of recent Provincial or Federal action, or are we still just seeing our levels of government doing nothing but talk ?

7) What does 50 miilion buy for Noront ?

8) When do we payoff our debt to RCF ?

9) What are our future plans for our newly acquired Cliffs assets?

10) Will we be moving equipment up to the Ring this winter based on what we have in front of us at this point ?

Just some thoughts from the peanut gallery, put together at the last minute by some Noront nut. Wish I could be there, but work calls.
