I have lost all hope on development of infrustructure in the Ring by our province. I believe the 1 Billion in funding pledged was not only money they did not have but it was money they expected to get from the Federal government. At one point the Province said they would move ahead without the Feds. That has not happened yet either.

The only way this gets done is by the private sector.

However, the incompetence of government to even issue permits... well lets just say a CEO from Cliffs was right.
