Doesn't this guy work for the Ontario Gov't with IS the "the in the public arena???

It even sounds like the mafia who work "behind the scenes"

They are just starting the "second round of negotiations" .....you can't call it "negotiations" if both sides don't give a little......What happened in the first round (Abott and Costello...whos on first)
