If it depends on Noront then Noront is very likely to drop the case. No need to bother spending the time and money.

Am aware of the KWG vs Cliffs dispute but think if Noront replaces Cliffs then it is a tempest in a tea pot.

I think KWG and Noront are on fairly good terms so IF KWG is able to use that corridor for road and more so for railway, it should serve Noront well.

Looks to me as much a do about nothing.
