Noront is now responsible for any further actions on this case. There by being a party to it and responsible for claims against.

Also, this case will set a precedent for all mining companies in that the claims they have staked are free to travel upon by anyone including their competitors.

I believe Noront will continue and win in this action. However, I do not believe it is in their best interest.

60 percent of the ring of fire claims that any competitor can travel on/over/through.

Just sayin, and thinkin as I have time. I am Not a lawyer.

A new precedent for all of Ontario...I don't want to be the one to tell the majors in this province. Talk about a way to kill what little exploration we have left in Ontario.
