In the past a number of posters were accusing BOD/ Management of greedily

lining up at the trough too often.Apparently a Myth.

And now a Reality. In the period from Jan1/14 to March 31/15 there were:

1,750,000 Options Granted

154,000 Options Exercised

4,640,166 Options Expired Worthless

208,334 Options Forfeited

Going back further to 2010 it was the same, large number of Options expired

worthless, forfeited Options into Millions and very small number of Options

were exercised. Even those were barely in the money.

Since some of those Option were exercisable in the range of 2 to 4 Dollar range I

figure that if the Management/ BOD would benefit more so would we shareholders
