The company was ready to go at begining of last autumn provided the permit for winter road to Marten Falls was received before hand in time to construct it.

This was before the aquisition of extra claims.

The 64 $ question again is = Will we have a permit in time to construct the winter road to the Ring so that the necessary supplies and equipment can be delivered.

It was not so long ago that such was a given. Now one can not wipe one's own nose without a permit.
