I hope Matawa listens to Chief Louie's vision of economic development for Northern Ontario, since their are approximately 9000-9500 people looking for a job, or perhaps start their own business. I should expect Chief Louie to be quite an influential voice of reason to not only the groups of Matawa, but to the Government of Ontario as well. Here is to hoping his vision is one that is embraced by the Matawa FN, and that it empowers them to find their own destiny as businessmen and women in the mining industry, seeking to better themselves and the quality of life in their communities.
