"There are so many share in the hands of BAO and RCF, "
There are so many shares full stop! This considerable dilution of NOT means fewer centinos per share at the end of the game. A bidding war will certainly be required to hike the price up enough to make the shareholder some money. NOT went to around $7 when they were roughly at 130 mil. What will it fetch for 300 plus mil? Obviously that will depend on perceived value and demand for the company, but at the end it will be divided by the number of shares. We'll see what that will be.
With so many shares I think it quite feasible that someone would take a position for intended acquisition. That's why Baosteel is there and our friendy loaning group RCF who is doing a nice job of siphoning off value for themselves. Hope we can pay our bills at the end.
