I say that there is a good chance that WE will not mine because we will be bought out before that.

RCF and any one else gets to sell at the appreciated price as happens during take overs.

I prefer that we not get bought out because the rewards are likely to be better but along with that is a longer time line. Many already are fed up with the amount of time all this progress is taking.
