Message: Status of NOT vs KWG re N/S route

Been there. To set the record straight. KWG in concert with Cliffs undertook to move forward with the N/S esker right to secure a RR to transport the chromite. Cliffs provided KWG the I believe, Swedish Company to move the RR plan forward. KWG spent in excess of $13 Million on the project. The only reason they had a falling out was that Cliffs did not wish to mine the much better grade Big Daddy first because KWG owned 30% of Big Daddy, and they did not wish to share that deposit with KWG, so they then undertook to buy out either SPQ or KWG to gain full control of the Big Daddy deposit and they were successful in getting SPQ shares. The KWG/Cliffs problems were all caused by Cliffs greed and this put KWG in a survival mode ever since. We can readily see how things worked out for Cliffs. As the old saying goes, "what comes around, goes around". Hope NOT and KWG both prosper. rj
