...and perhaps ythe East Indians are taking a page out of the playbook of the Chinese in that they are playing the long game...afterall, who here that purchased NOT shares in 2008 thought that the ore would be out of the ground within 2-3 years. It's a distressed asset which can surely wait until the rebound in the commodity cycle , at a time when the replacement cost will surely increase in magnitude once the boom reasserts itself.
