Sweetners are added as an incentive to go through with the financing.

Imo, true price is indicated without the sweeteners.

I also would prefer debt instead, in low interest times as is now. Question is, how long will it still take before we build the mine and produce. If it is another 8 or 10 years then debt may be out of the question.
