What is needed is a promise without excuses from Harper equivalent to the Liberals of pending cheques to the Devco, no one else.
After all Feds have more to gain from the Ring being developed then Queens Park, imho. I base that not on tax revenues which should be about same but on the cost savings to the Feds and improved services to the natives for whom Feds are largely responsible.
