To those who bought or sold FIVE HUNDRED shares in one fell swoop today (and maybe did so twice):

Don't be so greedy! Greed is a sin. It is so much better to slow down, to be mindful:

Before you buy, take a moment in silence to acknowledge what it is you are buying. Then take in the shares one by one, put down your fork in between each bite, to allow yourself to be mindful while you are ingesting your shares. And listen to your body, and stop when your body tells you to. Etc.
