I wonder what impact releasing that report would have to the election....especially once Ontarians find out that the Liberals have been supressing their report due to the pressure it would put on them.

If Deloitte would have tweaked the report to support Liberal interests, then it would have been released by now.

Clearly, its a clear call to action, and what is needed to make the ROF a reality, something the Liberals hope to drag on for many years.
