What the HELL was Coutts doing. He got shot down by the mining analyst. What a pathetic job he did in justifying gov't money being invested in ROF. Why didn't he mention the need for infrastructure for the Fns in the area as well as the benefits that would attribute from the mining. No wonder NOT isn't progessing if Coutts is the lead man on it. NOT better get a better prepared spokesperson than Coutts.
