Luker, thanks for posting the article.

The sentence: "the federal gov't has the funds ready and has agreed to work" is the first I have heard of this spending commitment.

I am waiting to hear more detail of this "funds ready and has agreed to work" statement from Greg Rickford who is in charge of the ROF portfolio. He'll be in an all candidates debate tomorrow in Kenora.
