The below clause is found in Merx..respondents must sign a non disclosure agreement to view the request for proposal

"Note: Respondents must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to view the RFP and any additional background information"

My thought are this:

Infrastructure Ontario brings private and public sectors together and lends out money.

As an example here are the interest rates for municipalities that qualify for the money.

I think this RFP is for a technical team or person that can manage the ROF infrastructure project for Infrastructure Ontario.
