That would be less likely than before the election. There is nothing to prove after the election. They can take their time and follow through with any bragging about what they'd do for the ROF or take their time in allowing the population to forget they ever said anything about the ROF, or somebody new gets in there and decides to really make a difference.

....now that would be a new experience! :)
