Do not cheer too early.

Talking of putting the cart before the horse. Using RofF and the natives near it as example.

Infrastructures that make it possible to earn money (i.e. road) should be built first and not spend money on correcting water treatment until that money is earned. Natives want to build or correct water treatment plants Before they agree on Anything.
What needs to be done is the road and at least the Eagle mine so that they have jobs making it possible for them themselves to build the infrastructures that They need.

Why should I pay for their infrastructures? Do the feds help me maintain a house or pay for a car?
Silly questions, yet not so when it comes to native communities.
I think Trudeau, while with correct intentions, has it backwards and we NOTers will be held at ransom until the day they get what they want first.

It is not a perfect world, Ed.
